The retail shops and restaurants at beautiful Riverside Plaza are just beyond Wood Streets southern boundary, as is Magnolia Town Center, where locals go to get their groceries and run day-to-day errands. In addition, just past the neighborhoods northern boundary is the magnificent Mission Inn, a landmark hotel and spa with six upscale restaurants and lounges. 
 

Things to Do 

Ryan Bonaminio Park is the perfect place for families to enjoy state-of-the-art playgrounds and watch their kids play club sports; There are several excellent activities within and around Wood Streets, including hiking through the scenic Mt. Rubidoux Park. You can also admire the unusual stone Peace Tower that presides over the skyline.
 
USA Today named the Mission Inn's Festival of Lights the nation's best public lights display. From Thanksgiving through the first week of January, the entire property is illuminated with thousands of sparkling holiday lights, attracting visitors from around the country. And in October, the Mission Inn hosts the annual Mission Inn Run, which for the past 45 years has been Riverside's favorite philanthropic event.
