What was once the eastern half of Moreno Valley—between Lasselle Street and Gilman Springs Road—is now known as Rancho Belago. Since the neighborhood’s inception in early 2007, it has continued to attract new residents and developments. Most homes in Rancho Belago are newer builds, such as single-family homes, townhomes, apartments, and condominiums. 
 
In Rancho Belago, it’s possible to have a home with a fairway view, as there's a gorgeous golf course waiting for you to book a tee time. Rancho Belago is constantly growing and evolving, and there are always opportunities for building a custom home or overseeing the final touches on a new construction within planned developments.
